Cancellation Policy

1. Right to Cancel

In accordance with Swedish and UK consumer protection regulations, you have the right to cancel your enrollment within 14 days of making your initial payment, provided that this cancellation request is made at least 14 days before the course start date.

2. Refunds

  • Within 14 Days of Payment: If you cancel within 14 days of making your initial payment and at least 14 days before the course begins, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.

  • After 14 Days but Before Course Start: If you cancel after the initial 14-day period but before the course start date, a partial refund will be issued. This will include the amount paid minus a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the full course fee or the equivalent in your local currency, which covers administrative costs.

  • Less Than 7 Days Before Course Start: If you cancel less than 7 days before the course start date, no refund will be provided. The full course fee will be retained to cover administrative and preparatory costs.

4. Course Changes and Postponements

If the course is cancelled or significantly changed by us, you will be entitled to a full refund. We will notify you as soon as possible if any such changes occur.
